Role: As staff member –selected development team, managed design team, managed legal team during zoning appeal process, secured all financing, integrated solar power into project financing, managed closing process for construction financing.

Location: Borough of Oxford, PA
New construction of 14 affordable townhomes for sale to first-time homebuyers.
Developer: PathStone Corporation
Role: As staff member – completed land acquisition, selected development team, managed design and marketing processes, secured all financing, managed closing process for construction financing, provided oversight for construction, worked with closing team to complete sale off all homes in Phase I to first-time homebuyers.

New construction of 16 mixed-income condominium units, including seven affordable units for sale to first-time homebuyers.

Role: As staff member – provided oversight for design development, local approvals, financial structuring, closing of construction financing, preliminary marketing.
